Nominations are open to all voluntary organisations to nominate as many parliamentarians in as many categories as they wish.
Following the close of nominations on the 10th October 2008, the steering committee will select a shortlist of 4 nominations in each category.
The Shortlist will be announced on Monday 3rd November.
MPs and Peers will then be invited to vote on the shortlist to produce the winners.
